1. Scope of Application

Purchase agreements concluded through the e-commerce platform batadoraediciones.es between La Batidora Coop. V. and the consumer shall be governed by the following general terms and conditions.

2. Parties to the Contract

The purchase agreement is concluded with La Batidora Coop. V. (hereinafter, Batidora Ediciones), with Tax Identification Number ESF98858335, and registered office at c/ Illes Columbretes 20, 12540 Vila-real, registered in the Register of Cooperatives of the Valencian Community, registration number CV-2519. 3. Contract Conclusion

By clicking the "Complete Purchase" button, you are issuing a binding declaration of intent to accept the order and agree to pay for it. You will then receive an order confirmation, which serves as proof of the contract conclusion.

4. Language

The contract may be formalized in Française, Spanish, Catalan, or English.

6. Price

The prices shown include the legally applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) and are indicated in euros. They are automatically converted to British pounds and US dollars, depending on the buyer's location. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the prices shown do not include shipping costs. Deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and other destinations outside the European Union may incur additional charges and are subject to fees and taxes, particularly customs duties. Any customs-related expenses will be the responsibility of the buyer.

7. Payment Methods

The following payment methods are available: bank transfer, credit/debit card, PayPal, and Bizum. If you select bank transfer, the account details for making the transfer will be sent to you via email.

8. Delivery Times and Shipping Costs

All orders are shipped from Spain. The product will only be shipped once payment has been received.

We prepare and ship orders with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

The following shipping costs will apply regardless of the number of items:

SPAIN:

Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands: €1.99. Free shipping on orders over €18.
Canary Islands: €6.99

EUROPEAN UNION:

Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, and Portugal: €6.99. Free shipping on orders over €50.
Other EU countries: The exact shipping costs for your order are calculated automatically on the checkout page, depending on the destination.

REST OF THE WORLD:

The exact shipping costs for your order are calculated automatically on the checkout page, depending on the destination. Any customs fees for imports from Spain are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Delivery Restrictions

We do not ship to war zones.

10. Pre-order, Made-to-Order (Reservations), and Personalized Products

Pre-order, made-to-order (Reservations), and personalized products will have their delivery times indicated in their descriptions. The product will only be shipped once payment has been received.

11. Transfer of Risk

The risk of loss or damage to the goods will pass to the consumer when they, or a third party designated by them (other than the carrier), have taken physical possession of the goods.

It is important that you inspect the package upon delivery. If you find that the package is damaged, report the problem to the shipping company and contact: hola@batidoraediciones.es.

12. Information on the Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquired physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify La Batidora Coop. V. using the link https://shopify.com/100277977472/account or through any other means by means of an unequivocal statement. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of this right before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund the purchase price. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except if the goods have not yet been shipped, in which case we will refund the full purchase price, including shipping costs.

The refund will be issued once we have received the goods, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

You must return or deliver the goods to us or to La Batidora Coop. V. without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be considered met if you return the goods before the end of this period. You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

13. Guarantees

All products offered on the website have a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity in accordance with the conditions established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
